We streamlined consigning your gear, please read these easy steps on how to create an online account and consign your gear.
This is how it works:
1. Create an account: Click here to begin setting up your account and registering your consigned items. You will be assigned a number during the registration process and each item you consign will have your number on it.
2. Working with your consigned items: Once you have created an account you can register your items on your consignor home page. Enter as many items as you want as each item is assigned a unique item #. For each item added make sure to be as complete as possible to help us search the database when someone brings us an item without a tag, with the price missing or a damaged tag. THIS IS YOUR EQUIPMENT AND COMPLETE INFORMATION MAKES A SALE MORE LIKELY.
a. Category helps us place items in the correct sales area.
b. Size is really important to shoppers, be as accurate as possible
c. Line 1 description-Brand & model/style
d. Line 2 description-Color, serial number, size (if not in the size choice) - tell buyers all about your item, sell it!
e. Price: $5.00 minimum selling price
f. Print your tags: You need to print a tag for each item piece. One for each boot, glove, ski, skate and so on. Print the tags and attach, one tag per item, two tags per pair. Tags printed on plain paper need reinforcement like clear packing tape, or print your tags on card stock. If you use clear packaging tape make sure your barcode remains clearly visible.
g. Securely attach tags to your items**:It is very important that you securely attach your tags to your items. Place tags on your items using clear packaging tape; zip ties or wire works well. Two-part items (boots, gloves, poles for example) must be attached together, zip ties work great! We do not take responsibility for poorly tagged items.
Note that you can re-edit information regarding an item. You can also completely delete an item.
Once all your tags are printed and securely placed on your items, you are ready to drop off your gear on Friday, October 11, 5 -8 PM. at the Ravalli County Fairgrounds in Hamilton.
